Chef Gustavo\u2019s Festive Chef\u2019s Menu (HK$450/ person) is a jolly selection of five \u00e0 la carte favourites including the popular signature street snacks of Coxinhas de Frango, tender Beef Skewers, followed by a Ceviche of the Day and the slow Baked Salmon in a Saikyo miso marinade, served with the umami rich mushroom rice.
