We understand sometimes your plans may change, we ask that should you need to cancel, you do so letting us know with at least 48 hours notice.
Should you cancel after this time you will be charged a \"no-show\" fee of £40 per person to the card provided.

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our guests.
In addition to meeting all health standards, we are taking extra precautions by ensuring that tables are spaced apart, and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between seatings. Please be patient when arriving, we ask that guests wait outside until we are ready to seat you. We are adhering to social distancing measures by operating a one way system throughout the building to keep guests and staff safe, please ensure you follow these procedures and staff instructions at all times. Toilets will operate on a single occupancy, please be patient.
Our menus will be emailed to you the day of your visit. Please have these available with you upon dining, as we are not handing out paper menus. If you are feeling unwell in the lead up to your visit, please contact us to reschedule.
All of our staff have been trained on the latest guidelines and will be able to help you with any queries.

We kindly ask for your assistance in arriving promptly for your reservation. However, we understand sometimes things happen, so please let us know if you are running late and we will do our upmost to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee your table if you arrive after your reservation time.
Some reservations with us hold time restrictions, for all tables we allow a leisurely 2 hours from your booking time.
We are sorry, but given the time it takes and style of food we don’t feel that our restaurant is suitable for young children. We therefore don’t allow babies, infants or children under 10 in the restaurant after 5pm. We are happy to accommodate them at lunchtime, however we do not offer a children's menu or child size portions.We do not operate a dress code.
DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 GUIDELINES & REGULATIONS:
- We cannot guarantee any seating requests.- We cannot guarantee a table to be available for pre or post dinner drinks before or after the time of your reservation.- Guests and staff are required to wear a face mask or covering when inside the building and not seated at a table.- All guests must be out of the building every evening by 22:00.
