Credit Card Hold (No Pre-Payment)For bookings where credit card details are securely held, but no payment is taken, a 48 hour cancellation policy applies. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the booking date and time, may incur a fee. Don't worry, we will call to confirm!

If you’re booking an outdoor space, we cannot guarantee the protection from weather. Where possible we will try to move you inside, but due to high demand during busy periods this may not be possible.
We will hold reservations for 15 minutes if you are running late, should you arrive later we will try to organise the next available space.
