The health and wellbeing of our Patrons and our staff is of the utmost importance to us. This has always been the case, however, now more than ever, safety measures are of paramount importance. We believe we cannot go ‘too far’ in providing re-assurance to our Patrons and staff and whilst the below measures might seem ‘extreme’ they are being implemented with the sole purpose of providing a safe environment for our Patrons to enjoy their meal in comfort. We want you our Patrons to feel as safe in our Restaurant as you do in your own home.
KINDNESS AND CONSIDERATION: We are all adapting to these new measures and to ensure a pleasant experience in our Restaurant we would ask that our patrons remain patient with one another and practice kindness and consideration as well as respect for your fellow Patrons and our employees.
COVID-19 SYMPTOMS: If you or any of your guests are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or have been exposed to the virus within the previous 14 days we politely ask you not to visit the Restaurant until you have isolated for 14 days and sought professional medical guidance. Any Patron presenting with any covid-19 symptoms at all will not be allowed entry to the restaurant and will be asked to return home safely and to seek medical attention.
SANITIZE YOUR HANDS BEFORE ENTERING: To reduce the spread of germs it is a requirement that you sanitize your hands before entering the restaurant. For your convenience, complimentary alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the restaurant and an additional handwash basin with antibacterial solution has been installed on the ground floor. Regular hand-washing is one of the best ways to stay healthy.
MEETING FRIEND AND FAMILY OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD: The largest table that may be booked is for 10 people. By accepting your booking, we trust that you are following the current government guidelines in respect of meeting friends and family outside of your household.
NO PHONE CHARGING: Phone Charging will no longer be available until further notice.
CLOAKROOM: Personal belongings can no longer be accommodated in the Cloakroom.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: Our employees will refrain from any physical contact with patrons. We would encourage our Patrons not to encourage physical contact with our employees.
MENU: You may view the menu, food & wine list, either on your own device by scanning a QR code or we can provide a single use menus (the menu will be disposed of after every use). We have reduced our menu and some dishes have been removed to allow for the team in the kitchen to be socially distanced.
TABLES AND CHAIRS: The dining tables will be fully cleaned and sanitised between use. Sanitiser spray bottles with an Hospital grade anti viral solution will be available on every station to be used throughout the restaurant including tables, door handles, hand rails and all touch points.
CONDIMENTS: Condiments will be single use – and disposed of once used. Pepper grinders, olive oil and vinegar will no longer be left on the table for our patrons. Instead they will be served by our staff upon request and then taken away to be sanitised.

We would point out to Patrons that:
CONFIRMATION: It is our policy that all reservations must be confirmed in advance. We will reach out to you for confirmation at least 24 hours in advance, either by telephone or by email. If we are still unable to reach you for confirmation as of 5:00 pm (GMT) on the previous day of your reservation - and if it has not been guaranteed by a credit card - we will release the reservation to guests on our requests list.
NO SMOKING: No Smoking in the garden or inside the restaurant
TABLE ALLOCATION OR REQUEST: We cannot guarantee a specific table but of course will always do our best to accommodate requests. If this is not possible, we appreciate your patience and understanding (none of the staff can promise where you will be seated). Please note your reservation has been made for our restaurant and not for a particular area and if you insist on seating in a specific location you may be refuse entry in some situations.
MINIMUM SPEND: There is a minimum spend of £35 per person (valid for dinner only).
YOUR BOOKING HAS AN ALLOCATED TIME LIMIT
Please note the restaurant close at 5pm to be able to get ready for dinner (Monday to Friday), this is regardless of your allocated time, which it means that by 5pm we kindly ask all our patrons to leave. On Saturday and Sunday we will kindly ask all our patrons to leave by 5.45pm .
YOU WILL BE SEATED WHEN ALL YOUR GUEST HAVE ARRIVED: All tables are allocated on arrival and your table will be held for 15 minutes. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without forewarning, then you may lose your table. If you arrive earlier than your stated booking time, we will hold you back to the time of your reservation. Please ensure all your guest arrive on time as we will be giving you the table only when all your guest have arrived.
