Launched on our menu mid-November - this is one truly special cut. Served sliced and on the bone this is a spectacular-looking and tasting dish. You are ordering a whole rib on the bone which may vary on the day between 850g and 1.5kg. Every animal and breed is different, as is every rib. Serves 2 really really hungry people - but we'd normally suggest this for a group of 4. While we've placed no restriction on how far ahead this can be booked - try and order at least 48 hours ahead to avoid disappointment.
