CARNAVAL NIGHT BRUNCH PREMIUM

Every year, Rio fills its street with dance, music, colours and food. The city transforms into a big party in the street and people from all around the world travel to live this experience. It is one of the biggest carnaval celebrations in the world.

After a two year hiatus, we’re bringing this feeling back to Hong Kong.

For HKD1488, you'll get to enjoy a special menu with five starters served to share at the table including the fan favourite Chicken Karaage and we're bringing back the Calamar a la Brasa - grilled squid, red bell pepper, chimichurri, cassava farofa - as well as a new dish the Beterraba, roasted beetroot, tofu cream, cashew nuts, pomegranate vinaigrette, arugula.

For mains, we'll be serving a churrasco platter with charcoal grilled rib-eye, pork sausage, spring chicken served with baby potatoes, roasted vegetables, mixed greens & Brazilian vinaigrette.

And for Dessert, you'll get our Ipanema platter with a selection of dessert to share as well.

Included in the price, premium booking holders will be welcomed with Champagne and will then enjoy a 3-hour free-flow drinks including sakerinhas, caipirinhas, prosecco, wines and beer.
