We're dishing up the best the season has to offer with produce from field and coast in a 4-course menu.

Snack on bright potato & onion rösti with cheddar & tabasco mayo, before tucking into Sussex Lamb saddle, stuffed with mushroom duxelles. Finish with dark chocolate mousse with Sussex cherries.
