An exclusive 4-Hands Italian Dining Experience is coming to Testina on Monday and Tuesday 21-22 August. Join us as we welcome chef Matteo Fontana, executive chef at Da Vittorio Saigon, which belongs to the world-renowned Da Vittorio fine dining group with eight Michelin stars to its name.

Our talended chef Marco Xodo and chef Matteo Fontana will join hands for a unique 8-course set menu featuring signature dishes from Da Vittorio, such as Egg à la Egg with Oscietra Caviar and inedit dishes by our chef Marco Xodo.
