Jake Kellie from the acclaimed Arkhé restaurant in Adelaide will join Stanley Head Chef, Louis Tikaram for an exclusive evening centered around Arkhé’s style of open flame cooking with special partners Stockyard Beef and Ministry of Clouds.

Expect a mouth-watering banquet menu curated to showcase the best of both chefs’ unique approaches to cooking, utilising the best seafood, meat and seasonal produce from South East QLD, including Mooloolaba tuna, Fraser Isle spanner crab, and of course premium cuts of Stockyard Beef.

Ministry of Clouds have prepared a wine list takeover for the evening with a selection of delectable drops to add to your banquet experience.
