Guest Chef Monnipa Rungthong from The Peninsula Bangkok

Following the success of her guest chef stint at Spices last year, Monnipa Rungthong, chef de Cuisine of Thiptara at The Peninsula Bangkok returned to transport her Thai cuisine mastery to Spices and her signature menu will remain available to 1 June.

She infuses Thai tradition with cooking creativity gained from her two decades in fine Thai kitchens, now brilliantly presented in Spices’ à la carte menu.
