Aperitivo inspired menu at ROVI
We're hosting two special evenings at ROVI on May 26th and 27th to celebrate our new collaboration with Botivo. Come and try our bittersweet blend with black lime, cardamom, rose and pomegranate molasses, exactly as we intended it – over ice with a splash of soda and a fat wedge of orange.
We've created a menu of bar snacks that pair perfectly with that gentle citrus tang— beetroot dolma with fava bean toum, radish crudités with sesame salt and filo pastry asparagus cigars with parmesan. You'll choose something from the ROVI grill (meat or veg!), and our bar team has created a few new cocktails that really show off what this aperitivo can do.
