Rare Breed Steak Tasting Dinner
Join Rockpool Bar & Grill for an intimate rare breed steak-tasting dinner.
These small-group events are hosted in a spectacular private dining room and are a rare opportunity to experience a range of rare beef breeds from Australia’s most celebrated wagyu producer, Victorian farmer David Blackmore, which are exclusively available at Rockpool.
Rockpool Head Chefs will talk guests through the one-of-a-kind steak showcase, explaining unique cuts, flavors, and textures. A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by a three-course dinner, plus side dishes, with a tasting plate of five cuts of steak as the centerpiece.
The menu includes matched wines.
