Join us for a night of thrills and chills at our Cursed Carnival Halloween Party at Refinery Rooftop!  Step into a world of spine-tingling fun and eerie excitement on FLOOR 13. As the moon rises, our haunted extravaganza will test your bravery with its spooky attractions and our creepy concoctions will fuel you well into the witching hours. Evening Includes: Music by our resident DJ and other Surprise Guests!  Carnival costumes recommended for an evening of Halloween enchantment under the NYC starry skies.
