隨著榴槤的當造期來臨，柏寧酒店的人氣自助餐廳 PLAYT於今夏6月23日至8月31日期間隆重推出《仲夏夢幻榴槤自助餐》。這次的期間限定自助餐以頂級榴槤為主角，當中包括最高級別及名貴的黑刺榴槤 及貓山王，酒店糕餅主廚以匠心創意，讓客人品賞最純正的榴槤滋味，包括D101榴槤泡芙(午餐&晚餐) 、D101 榴槤芝士蛋糕(午餐&晚餐)、貓山王榴槤拿破崙(晚餐)、貓山王意式榴槤雪糕(午餐&晚餐)、黑刺榴槤布甸(晚餐)、D101迷你榴槤葡撻(晚餐) 等，體驗榴槤的細緻綿密香甜。
黑刺榴槤布甸:
黑刺榴槤因其稀有及珍貴度被譽為「水果王中王」，口感綿密細膩，香甜濃郁，用香滑布甸呈獻，讓食客品味最頂級的榴槤風味。
D101 榴槤芝士蛋糕:
D101榴槤以其厚實柔滑的果肉而聞名。當頂級榴槤遇上綿滑香濃的芝士蛋糕，產生了無與倫比的美味化學作用。
貓山王榴槤拿破崙:

貓山王榴槤奶凍:

Summer Durian Delights Buffet at PLAYT
PLAYT's open kitchen concept, known as "Kitchen Theatre," showcases chefs' culinary skills, presenting delicious food spectacularly to the audience. Offering all-day dining and buffet options, PLAYT serves a variety of appetisers, main dishes (Slow-roasted Beef Sirloin, Herb-roasted NZ Leg of Lamb, steamed whole abalone in lotus leaf with seasonal seafood), seafood (snow crab leg), sushi, seasonal specialties, Thai Live Station, Indian cuisine, homemade desserts and homemade gelato!

Online Reservation Policy
- Park Lane Prestige Club is non-transferable and can be used by member only.
- A maximum of one (1) membership card can be used per table. Please count infant (below 3 years old) and children (3-11 years old) in the number of guests when making a reservation.
- If you have any special requirements, please let us know in the remarks section. We will do our best to accommodate them.
Reservation Deposit Policy
- A deposit is required for a party of THREE(3) persons or above.
- We understand that your plans may change. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 3 days prior to your booking, we will charge a cancellation fee of HK$100 per person for all bookings changed or cancelled within this 3 days notice period.
Parking Privileges
- Enjoy a single two-hour complimentary parking privilege upon spending HK$450 at PLAYT. The parking privilege applies to same day patronage and is only applicable for the Wilson Car Park of The Park Lane Hotel.
