Arguably one of the world’s top producers of Pinot Noir in the New World, Ted Lemon has been hailed as one of the leading biodynamic winemakers of his generation. He honed his skills at the esteemed Domaine Roulot in Burgundy before returning to the United States to establish his own Littorai label in 1993.

With his first wines originating from Sonoma and Anderson Valley in California, his Pinot Noirs have consistently been among the most poised and seamless expressions of the varietal. More recently, his Chardonnays and Chenin Blancs have gained recognition for their concentration and longevity.

Opportunities to have Ted Lemon at the table are rare, especially in such an intimate setting. We are truly honoured to welcome him for what promises to be a remarkable dinner.
