Nestled in the wondrous sanctum of Italy’s Piedmont region, on the banks of the Tanaro river, lay the verdant pastures of the Gaja wine estate. Originally founded in 1859, the family's pioneering endeavour has seen them widely credited with revolutionising the Italian wine industry. Their world renowned vintages will be coupled with another regional export, the winter truffle, as we indulge in an evening of true Italian mastery.
