Mission Ceviche X Llama Inn

MARK YOUR DIARIES… on Wednesday 28th August we’re hosting a one-night-only pop-up, with two of the hottest South American chefs over from NYC; Jose Luis Chavez of New York hot-spot Mission Ceviche, and Erik Ramirez; founder and exec chef at the OG Llama Inn.


Jose will be cooking in London for the very first time, and the menu will feature 4 of his signature dishes alongside a selection of Erik’s big hitters from Llama’s upcoming Autumn menu. Expect scorchers such as Jose’s Seco Norteño, Watermelon Ceviche with Ginger yuzu tigers milk, Huancaina Nikkei Tuber snacks and Pulpo al Olivo.


Chavez began his journey in his hometown of Merida, Venezuela and travelled throughout Peru to deepen his culinary expertise and reconnect with his Peruvian roots. This was the journey that inspired Mission Ceviche; renowned for its use of the freshest ingredients and dynamic dining experiences at its Upper East Side and Union Square locations.


Ramirez, who was recently awarded the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef, leads our sister restaurant in NYC, where he showcases his innovative take on Peruvian cuisine.


For the drinks, sip on bubbles from Della Vite whilst soaking up the last of the summer sun on the rooftop. Cheers!
