The second collaboration dinner welcomes John Rivera, head chef and co-owner of Askal, Kariton, and Inuman.

On Tuesday, June 3, John brings his bold and modern interpretation of Filipino cuisine to Lana for one night only. The shared menu is priced at $149 per person, with optional add-ons available. A carefully curated Chalmers wine pairing can be added for $50.


The menu features a progression of snacks, entrées, a main with a side, and dessert, all crafted with precision and a deep respect for tradition.
