Join us for an elegant one-night-only experience where the finesse of Cantonese cuisine is paired with the expressive beauty of Japanese sake.

This five-course dinner showcases premium ingredients—from chilled lobster vermicelli with Oscietra caviar to nine-head abalone and ‘Dong Po’ pork belly—each matched with a distinctive sake, ranging from sparkling to Junmai Daiginjo.
