Exclusive use of Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour provides you with a spacious, modern venue offering a fun, casual atmosphere with our rotisserie, pizza kitchen, fresh pasta station, house-made dessert and gelato counter scattered around the venue. Our unique concept venue offers an unparalleled events space ideal to cater large cocktail functions with a capacity of up to 600 guests cocktail style.
With exclusive hire, guests are able to fully customize the space to their liking. We allow full AV and Entertainment set-up great for end-of-year gatherings and large corporate events.

Food and Drink Options
Exclusive hire is best catered for as a canape/cocktail-style event as there are multiple areas in the venue for guests to explore. We offer food stations as well as a roaming canape service. Custom menu designs for both savoury and sweet items are possible in consultation with our chefs, ideal if you need to keep within a theme for your event. Minimum Spend
We require exclusive buy-outs to proceed on a minimum spend. Minimum spend consists of all food and beverages consumed during the course of the event. If the minimum spend is not reached we will charge the remaining balance as Room Hire. All functions have a standard 5% gratuity applied to the final bill that goes back to the staff that look after you.

Entertainment & DJ Hire
We can cater for private entertainment at our venue with an exclusive buy-out. Live bands, DJs and performances can be arranged for your event by us or you can arrange for your own services and we will be happy to provide access for set up. We have space for a dancefloor in the venue and a small stage.
Access
We have both indoor and outdoor areas at our venue.
Our venue is easily accessible by wheelchair. We are located on the southernmost end of the ICC Building in Darling Harbour, across from the Chinese Garden of Friendship. Parking is available in the ICC, Car Park 2, near to the theatre, this is the nearest paid car park.
