Dirty French takes its culinary cues from the timeless dishes and preparations of the classic French bistro and enlivens them utilizing modern techniques and bold flavors. Our prix-fixe includes dishes like the Millefeuille with trumpet mushrooms and butternut squash curry, foie gras pate with apricot mustard and endive salad with anchovy and cinnamon, which remain true to their French roots but are restyled with flavors that explore the breadth and depth of the global French culinary influence. Our main course will include takes on American Thanksgiving with Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce all with a Dirty French twist.
