Winemakers' Lunch: TarraWarra Estate & Lambert Wines
A monthly lunch upstairs at Cumulus Inc. celebrating the vineyards, farmers and local suppliers that make our building thrive. We explore some of the country's most acclaimed wine regions - providing an opportunity to hear from the winemakers directly on the conditions and influences of each vintage.
For this iteration of our Winemakers' Lunch series we explore the intricacies of two of our favourite producers from the Yarra Valley. Sarah Fagen from TarraWarra Estate and Luke Lambert from Lambert Wines will guide us through the farming and winemaking of the varieties in their portfolio, providing insight into the similarities and contrasts in their winemaking. Of course, wines are paired alongside a generous Cumulus Inc. seasonal sharing menu.
