A first-of-its-kind celebration of food and music from Carousel and AVA.

The idea is simple: pair the world’s most exciting chefs with the most respected DJs and watch as the magic unfolds.

Each pairing is a one-off, completely unique to that time and place and the audience who’s there to experience it.

Bringing together Pablo Díaz (Mercado 24, Guatemala City) x DJ Call Super and Emme Prieto (Taverna, Mexico City) x DJ Yung Singh across Carousel’s two floors, {PAIRED} connects like-minded people across the table in an intimate, low-key environment where food, drink and music take centre stage.

Carousel and AVA will be donating a portion of ticket sales to two fantastic charities helping vulnerable and homeless people across the UK: StreetSmart and Midland Langar Seva Society. If you would like to get involved, you can add a £10 donation per ticket at checkout.
