The Sommelier - nestled in the heart of the main dining room, is an intimate haven surrounded by the finest Italian wines and an elegant glass wall. Seats up to 14 guests.

The Chefs Vault - tucked away in the basement of the old Royal Exchange Bank. An exclusive private dining experience like no other. Perfect for tables of up to 10.

While we do not charge a room hire fee, A minimum spend will apply, which includes all food & drinks but does not include a 12.5% service charge.(Date & Time Dependent)
