‘Winter Wonders’ Dinner
Chef’s signature mud crab au gratin enlivened by Malabar black pepper, and pigeon with spicy aubergine ward off wintertime blues on Auor’s seasonal evening menu, a shorter yet sumptuous alternative to the Six Rounds.
A caviar opener and a must-try Asian-inspired glutinous-rice sweet round off the heart-warming dining experience, which is now available from Tuesday to Saturday.
