Rosheen Kaul is a chef, cookbook author, recipe columnist and until recently was the head chef at award-winning Brunswick East restaurant, Etta. Born in Singapore and raised in Melbourne’s inner south-east, Rosheen says her cultural identity never made sense to her, until she ‘put it on a plate’. The chef’s Kashmiri, Peranakan Chinese, and Filipino heritage coupled with her Australian upbringing have culminated in her culturally diverse approach to cooking.
Rosheen’s arkhé & friends event will be a fiery feast full of the unexpected from one of the most talked-about young chefs in Australia and will be one of the first opportunities to see what the celebrated chef’s post-Etta work will look like.
